Super Gold Card

Ray White is proud to offer SuperGold cardholders a 10% commission discount when they list and sell their residential property through Ray White, subject to the current national terms.

Request the offer before signing

The property owner must request the discount before signing the agency agreement, and it must be recorded on the signed agreement. The SuperGold cardholder must be one of the property owners.

The national terms apply the discount at the time of sale as 10% of the individual agency’s gross normal standard commission. The offer cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.

Understand the actual proposal

Ask the Russell team to confirm eligibility, explain the normal commission and show the discount calculation. Clarify marketing and other costs separately. A commission discount does not establish a reduction in every expense involved in selling or moving.
