Based at 19 York Street, our office offers local property advice and access to Ray White’s wider marketing resources. Dianne Wynyard guides owners considering the presentation and audience for a sale. A village home, a beach setting and a lifestyle holding need different stories, with practical information about access, parking, water systems and maintenance where relevant. An individual appraisal considers the property’s location, condition and improvements alongside comparable sales and current competing listings.
