Sean Stratton

Sean Stratton is Managing Director and Licensee Agent for Ray White’s Far North office network. He helps property owners and buyers put a proposed move in context: the property itself, the available local evidence and the practical decisions that need to be made before committing to a sale or purchase.
Sean grew up in Pukenui and Houhora. His career in banking and work with a local iwi preceded his move into the Far North Ray White business as a partner in April 2019. He took over full ownership in April 2023.
